We are delighted that we have been given the go-ahead to reopen from Monday!
Following the Prime Minister statement together with our zoo licence, our ability to limit and monitor numbers and the fact we have demonstrated we have put social distancing factors in place the greens light was given this afternoon
We can’t wait to welcome you back to the centre and we have lots of new arrivals as well as some familiar faces that cannot wait to say hello!
If you do intend to visit, you must book online, each day we will have 7 entry times all with limited capacity.
We also will ask members and pass holders to book online too (more information on how to do this will be shared over the next few days)
Tickets will be available for purchase from tomorrow (Thursday 11th) at 10am
We will also make available a list of changes we have made to the centre to make your visit as safe as possible.
Thanks again for all the support we have received and although our opening is a huge boost, we have missed out on some of our busiest periods including 3 bank holidays. We rely on the busy spring and summer months to help us through the winter, so really appreciate any continued support in the form of adoptions, memberships and donations.
